Walked in to have my collection of silver coins appraised and the clerk used a metal tool and scratched each of my coins some which were mint quality. Now my coins are ruined. And they quoted the least of two other shops in the same area, extremely disappointed , they insisted I accept their apology. If you have something of worth go to a quality jeweler.
